Shipping policy

We are a print on demand company. All products are made to order, with love. We print in house and use outsourced manufacturers for a portion of order fulfillment. We reserve the right to ship items separately should an unforeseen delay come from one of our third parties.

Order Processing

New orders usually shipped within 7-10 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive your tracking number at the time. Once shipped, orders are usually received within 3-5 business days for US destinations. International orders usually take a few weeks to arrive. We currently use USPS or UPS for shipping.  

Expedited shipping 

We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

Important

We are NOT responsible for post office issues relating to lost/stolen packages and/or incorrect provided shipping addresses. For example, if your tracking number shows that your package was “successfully delivered” then it becomes the responsibility of the post office, not that of Mahogany Mommies.
